Which are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m., guests must check-out by 12:00 p.m. Our guests are welcome to  leave their luggage at the Palazzo for safekeeping before check-in and after check-out times. Earlier check-in or later check-outs requests are accommodated as availability permits.

May i check-in after 2 p.m.?

No problem. Our reception desk is open 24/7. Further, Palazzo Magnani Feroni is pleased to offer a light en-Suite supper to guests who arrive after 9:30 p.m.

May i pay by credit card?      

Yes, we accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB  and Diners.

Cancellation and Penalties

All cancellations and changes must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival, or a charge of the first night booked will be applied. For cancellations on site, early departures and no show will be charged the 100% of the entire stay

Please note, the above Cancellation Policy is not valid for the Palace Suite cathegory.PALACE SUITE (suite category assigned according to Palace availability) is a 100% NON REFUNDABLE suite booking. Cancellation or no show is 100% penalty of the total stay. The entire amount will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Which services are included in the suite price?

The price includes breakfast, air conditioning, Vat and service.(city tax excluded)

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, you may leave your car in our indoor parking garage (€ 40-47 per day)

Does the hotel offer an internet point?

Yes, there is a computer in the hall. WiFi internet connection is available for free in the rooms and common areas.

Is it possible to rent a car?

Yes, our staff will gladly assist you to reserve a car, and will contact car rental companies such as Hertz and Avis for you, or directly arrange for limousine service.

Can the Palazzo Magnani Feroni staff make reservations for tours of Florence and surroundings for me? 

Yes, our staff is always ready to make reservations to the most important museums and monuments in Florence for you. Palazzo Magnani Feroni also offers the opportunity to reserve personalized tours of Florence or Tuscany  (Chianti tour, outlet tour, etc.)
